I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location near the city center was quite convenient, but I felt the rooms were not up to par, being dirty and poorly serviced. The staff, however, was very helpful, especially after my stay when I left a charger behind. Overall, it’s not the worst place to stay, but I hope they can improve the room conditions and amenities.
My stay at the hotel was pretty enjoyable overall. The location was great, as I could easily walk to many of the key attractions in La Rambla. The room had incredible, unobstructed views of the Rio de la Plata, making it a beautiful place to relax. However, I did notice that the cleanliness was lacking since my room wasn't vacuumed during my entire stay. The service was very helpful, and they made us feel welcome, yet the dining options left much to be desired.
